You sat on the floor, staring at the setting sun from your bedroom window. It casted an orange glow across the whole island. It was your favorite part of the day. Not only because it was beautiful and it was a view you've had since you were a child, but it was because it reminded you of when you met your crush. You were a kid and was throwing rocks into the ocean at sun set, not paying much attention to anything. A little silver haired boy and a brown haired boy walked up and watched you. You got angry because they just stood there.
"What?!" You yelled at them. The brunet almost ran but the silver stayed still.
"Why are you throwing rocks?" The silver haired boy asked.
"Cause I can. Who cares if I do?"
"Your mama wouldn't be happy if you threw rocks."
"My name's Sora and this is Riku. What's yours?" The brown haired boy changed the subject. You told them your name and began a now longstanding friendship. You watched smiling when Kairi accepted Sora's offer to be his girlfriend though it partly tore you up because you knew Riku would never ask you. You nearly screamed while being dragged out of your memories by a hand grabbing your shoulder. You grabbed at your heart and glared up at the silver haired teen standing behind you. He smirked and you reared you teeth at him, turning back to the window to watch the last rays of light be chased out of the sky.
"You could have given me a heart attack."
"Could've but didn't, now did I?" You hated how much of a smart ass he could be and refused to look into his eyes, knowing that one glimpse would make you forgive him. No. You wanted to be mad for a little bit. You wanted to pout and make him feel bad. He sat beside you, watching the sky as well. Every now and then you saw him look at you out of the corner of his eye. It annoyed you to no end.
"What?! Why do you keep staring at me?!" You finally snapped.
"You're pretty in this light." He said not turning to you. You turned your head to hide the blush on your face. "You're pretty in any light." That was right next to your ear. You turned your head to find his inches away. A light blush across his face, even though it was barely noticeable, it was still there. It felt almost like a competition on who could stay away the longest. And finally, you won. He pushed his lips against yours softly and pushed himself off the floor a bit to get more leverage. You wrapped your arms around his neck and played with his silver hair. He ran on hand down your side as he laid sweet kiss after sweet kiss on your lips. He pulled away then looked deep into your eyes, smirked, and pulled you close. There was an unspoken agreement about you two dating from that day on. Even Kairi and Sora knew without even asking. You two loved each other, though Riku never said that he loved you since he met you.

You take a deep breath, soaking up the sun as you sit on the beach. You come to the destiny islands as often as you get the chance, it's been more peaceful lately. You lean back, enjoying the warmth.
Someone taps your shoulder. "Planning on taking a nap?" His voice teases. You open your eyes to look at Riku, who's standing over you. He smiles warmly. You return the smile, glad to see him returning to his normal self. "Not really, just relaxing." You answer, and he sits down next to you. "Well, mind if I join then?"
Your heart flutters. "Sure, go right ahead." He picks at a twig on the sand and looks at the water, a strange expres

In case you didn't already know, I'm referring to you, the reader, as 'I'.
I walked down a stretch of the beach on the Destiny Islands. I'd moved here three years ago, it was only supposed to be temporary. But I found it to be increasingly home-like. I'd never felt like I belonged anywhere, but the people were so friendly, I couldn't bring myself to leave. And then, there was Riku. He was so amazing. All that he'd done, him and Sora, Kairi too. And I will admit, I've had a crush on him for almost all of the three years I've been here.
The three of them instantly befriended me. We were inseparable, every weekend, we'd all have a bonfire dow

You looked out at the sun that was setting. You've been here for so long waiting for Riku, Sora, and Kairi. And suddenly in the distant horizon someone called you, waving his hand.
"Oi, _____, we're back!" you recognized that voice anywhere. It was Sora.
You jumped of the Paopu tree and ran to the water's edge, waving.
"Sora! Riku! Kairi!" you call back and they waved back.
As soon as their raft landed, you ran to their outstretched arms. They embraced you warmly.
"I missed you guys so much," you whispered.
"We missed you too," Kairi said.
You broke the hug and all of you laughed. You looke

I know this one is really short but I think it is really nice. I got it by request from *hahahafuckyouall. I hope she really likes it. I think I may have actually kept dear little Riku in character.
